Returns Policy

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. Trial your product for at least 10 days from the receiving date, but for no more than 30 days. After your return is approved by us, please have the returned item shipped within 3-5 days.

Please be informed that we are unable to cancel or change orders once they've been shipped out.

Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For international orders, the shipping fee of the replacement is covered by the us, but not the shipping fee of the returned item.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning. We offer  2-year warranty for all appliance products.


2-Year Warranty Policy 

We offer 2-Year warranty for our products, allowing customers to make a warranty claim within a year of purchase if the product is defective or experiences any issues. If a customer receives a replacement product, the warranty period will still be based on the initial purchase date of the original product, ensuring the remaining warranty period is the same.
