RETURN POLICY

Please contact us before starting a return.

Our goal is to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. Please trial your product for at least 10 days from the receiving date, but for no more than 30 days. Once your return is approved by us, please ship the returned item within 3-5 days.

*Please note: we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been shipped.*

Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at operation@luxxstore.com. Do not return the product before contacting us. In most cases, we do not accept self-returns.

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Please note that there is a $9USD processing charge for all returns that are refunded.

Please note that returns and refunds are not applicable to any Luxx Lashcara or Luxx De Argan Products sold. 

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, email us at operation@luxxstore.com.

Shipping

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For international orders, we cover the shipping fee of the replacement item, but not the shipping fee of the returned item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, we offer a 2-year warranty for all appliance products.

2-Year Warranty Policy

We offer a 2-year warranty for our products. Customers can make a warranty claim within 2 years of purchase if the product is defective or experiences any issues. If a customer receives a replacement product, the warranty period will be based on the initial purchase date of the original product, ensuring the remaining warranty period is the same.
