The product actually works well, I’ve had it for about 2 years. A couple weeks ago it blew a fuse and stopped working because the voltage got too high. I’ve tried to contact the company multiple times for a replacement and they haven’t even responded. This is ridiculous would recommend purchasing from a real brand instead

I’m trying to understand, are Luxx and Neroce the same company? Are these hair wraps the same? I recognize some of the review photos are the same. And I am unable to find any information about the Neroce on the interwebs, everything that pulls up for the Neroce also pulls up Luxx. Can someone explain?

Hi i m using iluxx airwrap since 6 months and no doubt its an excellent purchase but while using it last day i felt burning smell and my daughter told me it could be due to filter not being cleaned, but i cant find any tutorial or clue abt how to clean iluxx filter, can someone guide me

To clean the filter, please follow the steps below:
1. The appliance can be cleaned with a dry cloth.
2. Keep your Air Pro filters clean by gently brushing them with a soft brush.
3. Avoid rinsing the appliance with water.
Regarding the burning smell, if you cover the filter compartment with your hand or hair, it is possible to experience a burning smell. However, this smell will gradually diminish over time as you continue using the product.
