Refund Policy

Please contact us, before starting a return.

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the order date for a full refund. Trial your product for at least 7 days from the receiving date, but for no more than 10 days. After your return is approved by us, please have the returned item shipped within 3-5 days.

Please be informed that we are unable to cancel or change orders once they've been shipped out.

Our standard return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must provide proof. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Luxx appliances are designed specifically for the countries in which they are sold in. This is due to the specific country electrical code and laws in various countries. For example, products with US plugs (110-120V) shouldn't be used in countries that use 210-220V. Please be aware that use of your machine with the improper voltage may void your warranty.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be informed that the refund policy only applies to customers who ordered directly from the website. 

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping fee and processing fee ($9), which will be deducted from the cost from your refund.

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning. We offer a 1 year warranty for all appliance products.
