Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the order date for a full refund. Trial your product for at least 10 days from the receiving date, but for no more than 14 days. After your return is approved by us, please have the returned item shipped within 3-5 days.
Please be informed that we are unable to cancel or change orders once they've been shipped out.

Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must provide proof. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For international orders, the shipping fee of the replacement is covered by the us, but not the shipping fee of the returned item.
You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning. We offer a 1 year warranty for all appliance products.
